This project is under way , half build. It is a 3 floor house on a small lot but with extensive views of 5 volcanos of Lake Atitlan, volcano San Pedro, volcano Toliman, volcano Atitlan and when the sky is clear you can see all the way to the volcanos Fuego and Acatenango near Antigua.
Located past the village of Jaibalito on the waterfront this land has the advantage to have already 3 platforms made with big wall. Only accessible by boat required to make a construction pier which will need to be replace by a better made pier as right now because of the lake raising due to the rainy season the actual has been taken down and moved already a couple of times.
The boat access increase the price of construction but our proven experience in this kind of projects helps to maximize the transportation of materials minimizing the cost of this chapter in the overall budget.
As a lot of land similar to this one a contract through OCRET has been requested and granted giving to the owner a better ownership security. This contract can be renew, transfered by sale or inherited.
Water at the moment is pumped from the lake but there is possibility to get some municipal water.

A proper Initial Environmental Impact study has been conducted in compliance with the law and the proper authorizations granted from the National Council of Protected Areas, Ministry of Envrionment and Municipal office.
